Smith's 1st Birthday Party

So Sabrina got to go to her first friends birthday party for Smith Chandler who turned 1.  We got to hang out with some of the other kids and it was a great time.

More Firsts

Sabrina seems to be doing something for the first time almost every single day.  This past week has been no exception.  She reached out for me when someone else was holding her this weekend, had peas which is her first real food, and sat up what I will call gorilla style as well.  See some of the pictures below.

Father's Day

Jake had a blast this weekend with Sabrina and enjoyed his first Father's Day.  They got to hang out and swim and also we got to spend time with the Melle's who came for the weekend.  We had a good one for sure.

5 Months Old

So Sabrina turned 5 months on the 11th and continues to grow and change constantly.  She is hardly in her 6 month clothes and has moved on for the most part to 9 months.  She continues to be a great sleeper at night (11 hours straight since about 3 1/2 months) and is working on taking better naps during the day.  She can roll from her stomach to her back but not yet from her back to her stomach.  She is getting the hang of the cereal but doesn't seem to love it or anything. 

Her favorite play time is when she goes from the playmat to the jumper.  She now wants to jump whenever you hold her and boy does that work out your arms. She still loves bath time (7:00 pm sharp!) and her only fussy time is the 5 minutes after I get her out of the bath and try and dress her for bed until she is eating her night time bottle.  Other than that she is pretty much laughing and smiling all day. 

She is starting to really notice the dogs and also loves playing with Nora Kate when they are together during the day.  Below are some pictures of her from the weekend.

Here is a recent picture of Nora Kate and Sabrina hanging out together.  They are so cute together and I know that Sabrina loves watching Nora Kate all day long. 

The Weekend

Sabrina had a big weekend which included swimming in the pool for the first time and trying out cereal for the first time.  She loved the water and I think liked the cereal.  She is not a huge eater and doesn't seem to obsess about eating all of her formula (which doesn't make sense why she is so big) but I think she just needs to get the hang of it.  Below are some pictures from the weekend.
